Exchange high school program
An exchange high school program is an educational program that allows high school students to study abroad for a semester or academic year while living with a host family and attending a foreign high school.
During an exchange program, students typically participate in a cultural immersion experience that allows them to learn about a different culture, language, and way of life. They may also have the opportunity to develop new skills, make new friends, and gain a global perspective.
The objectives of an exchange program are to promote cultural understanding, improve language skills, and broaden students’ horizons by exposing them to new experiences and ways of thinking. By living with a host family and attending a foreign high school, students can also gain a greater appreciation for the similarities and differences between their own culture and the culture of the host country.
